The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Canadian Community of Edmonton and Region had the honour to have Her Excellency Konstantina Athanassiadou, Ambassador of Greece to Canada visit our Community this week.
We are very grateful for the opportunity to have met Her Excellency wherein she brought us greetings from the Government of Greece.
Amongst the many Agenda items, our discussion included: the appointment of Dimitrios V. Skoutas the New Greek Consul-General in Vancouver, programs that can assist our School, and plans to support our youth’s engagement with the motherland.
